Well-equipped rooms with coffee/tea making machines, a dining area, and a seating area. Huge bathroom with walk-in showers; very friendly and attentive staff.

everything was perfect, breakfast was marvellous. the staff were really helpful day and night. the hotel location was comfortable and particularly good to many main attractions. plus, it was right by zoo and aquarium, an underground train station, and the restaurant.

Everything was great, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was marvelous, featured lots of meals. The location was good, really close to the restaurant and zoo and many main attractions and easily accessible.

I absolutely loved the stylish decor of the hotel, especially the common areas. The modern design and use of mirrors made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious and elegant place. It was easy for me, as a senior, to navigate around the hotel with no issues.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is more assistance from the staff. Sometimes it felt like the children working there were too busy or not as attentive as I would have liked.

They offer a great variety of breakfast options, and the staff is friendly and attentive, making it a comfortable location within walking distance of everything.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and great showers. The breakfast had a wide selection and friendly staff. The location was convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to the U-Bahn. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at Sana in Berlin. the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. When we discovered that the washing machine in our room wasn't working properly, the front desk manager, Sarah, personally came to assist us and even called the maintenance staff to come and fix it sooner. Although the drying cycle still didn't work, Mateus, the maintenance staff, took our laundry to the hotel's dryer and returned them before our checkout time. We really appreciate their efforts and attention to detail. the location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. the rooms were sleek and modern, with lots of reflective surfaces and minimalist bathrooms with heated floors. the one-bedroom apartment was perfect for our "working" vacation, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. We particularly liked the option to opt-out of daily cleaning and the lovely outdoor deck area where we could work or relax.

The location of this budget-friendly hotel was very convenient with just a short walk to the nearest underground train station and close to many main attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable with excellent bathrooms, featuring underfloor heating and plenty of hot water. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay a great experience.

Some of the staff were lacking in knowledge about the hotel, which made it difficult to get answers to our questions.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from many main attractions and an underground train station. The service provided here was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job keeping the room clean and tidy.
